Tunguska Explosion in 1908

100 years ago, on June 30 1908, there was an explosion that occurred in Russia. Tunguska Explosion was likely to be caused by an ice and dust meteoroid, which toppled 80million tress over 2150 square kilometres.

Such meteoroid impacts supposedly happen once in hundreds of years. Hopefully the gauge is correct, for based on current scientific studies, I dont think we are able to detect it in time, or do anything to influence or deflect the path away from earth.
