Under my boss' insistence, I have to step up to be a sort-of leader to the design team. While I am very flattered, sometimes I feel very pressurised by the kind of expectations he have of me.
He needs me to guide the newer staff, but how do I do that when I am not on strong foothold in the first place?
And not withstanding the fact that his working methods is different from how I used to. While I am scampering to coincide with his method, I know I can sort out my uneasiness if I have enough time and determination.
But needing me to implement his style to the newer staff at this point of time is frustrating to me.
I need to adjust my mode and that is taking up all my attention already. How am I to find time to pass these information to the rest?
Help!
