Slacking Smartly

 I heard on a local radio show that it is perfectly alright to slack!

Now, before you rule my execution, listen to how it make sense.

Thing is, no one can be 100% alert and enthusiastic at work, because well, it is demanding, and it saps our energy away. Therefore, it is important to cut yourself some slack when the boss is not looking, and then turn on full gear when he is around. If you do not do this, chances are, you think that bosses know that you had been working hard, and even when you surf net in front of them, they know it is because you happen to need to take a break.

That is silly! You should take a break when they are not looking, and work hard when they are peering at you from their room, wondering how many hours of facebook are you going to incur on company time, just because he saw you clicking on bejewelled that one time.

So. Slack when they are not seeing, and turn on full throttle when they are in! Come back and read this blog when they are out! =)
