Leader

I was fully absorbed in the project, drawing OT hours late into the night, even till 2am.

Boss gave me my credit by opening expressing thanks for the team, and he did specifically said he knows I worked very hard.

For the coming presentation, I was requested by boss to attend, then later it was decided that I neednt go after all. Reason being, the clients request for less people from our team during the presentation.

I know that the rest of the team worked hard on the project too, and if I am the only one out of the team who is requested to go, the rest of the team might feel upset too. But I am the team leader, liaising between the bosses and my juniors, and at the same time manage my own overwhelming workload, what's wrong with allowing me to go?

Sometimes I dunno how to deal with the boss. Sometimes he wants me to live to his expectations, then when I push myself to meet his criterias, he decide to shove me away from the leader spot.

Sigh. What am I to do?
