Colour pens

With many to-dos everyday, I grew a habit to religiously write a tasklist every day.

Yes I use to do that too, but I usually do it once a week.

Over here, the things to do are aplenty, and if I do not note them down one by one, I will forget about them!

I use to pride myself for having a good memory, but it seems that I had used up all the cells in my last job. Recently I am suffering from memory lapse, and my migraine isnt getting any better.

I write my tasks in the right hand column that I determined, on a stack of recycle paper that have bits of gossip in the form of recycled email printouts.

I then highlight the tasks in different colours, categorizing them by the project account. Everyday I assign different colours to each account, hence you can see that I have a stack of very colourful drawing paper.

The remaining space on the paper is used to take notes when I am answering calls, or when I am doing sketches. But honestly, half the time this space is quite empty.

I write down numbers with no names tagged to it. I will sketch out construction details when I am facing something new and unfamiliar, then the moment I grasp how it can be drawn in AutoCAD, I'll drop my drafting pen and transfer my attention to the monitor screen.

Look at the range of colours! I feel positively better just by looking at these colour pens.
(They belong to my boss, but I indignantly snatched them away from him, stating reason as that I need colours to function. Actually that is the truth.)
