I am going to recontract with singnet even though I promised I will not do that.
But my main grievance with them is their lousy CSO's attitudes.
Recently I called up their hotlines a couple of times to check on status of my existing plan, and their CSOs are less irritated and more helpful.
Since so, what more do I pick on?
My plan will be cheaper now, from $60 to $45 per month and I will be getting a free gift for continuing with them. So it's yay!
