Human Organ Transplant Act

Was reading off a forum and people was mentioning about the human organ transplant act (hota).

I am proud to say I've pledged in the moment I've recv'd the letter. I've pledged to donate organs and also for research purposes. To speak the truth, when I first recv'd the letter I never thought abt donating for research purposes, but after a split second's consideration, I've ticked it as well.

In return, I've recv'd a very ugly card which I've kept in my purse and bring it everywhere I go because I believe I might meet with an accident any time. (Stop asking me to be less pessimistic!)

It is really a good deed to pledge in lor! So please go and download the pledge form and fill it in and mail it back! But you need to be 18 to be able to opt in, and you will recv your letter when you are 21.
